Small Asia PM-time post; chats in here with Mimiru, who Luna thinks is awesome (first meeting), Cher, Milly, Jona (who Luna teases), Rey, Death, Chizuru, Heero (first meeting - Luna is very curious about him!), and Nakatsu (first meeting), who helps give Luna a boost up to the cockpit and is generally very cute. Alas, Luna did not learn that he knows Oscar.

そう言って棚に手を伸ばしたメイリンの籠には、すでに化粧品らしきものやシャンプーなどがずっしり入っている。
......女のコって、たいへんなんだな。あれを全部どうやってつかうんだろう。
シンは圧倒されながら考え、ルナマリアもあきれた表現になった。
「あ、そう？......なにがなんでそんなに要るんだか知らないけど」
軽そうな籠を提げて、すたすたとレジに向かう姉を見送り、メイリンはむくれた表現になる。
シンとしては、ルナマリアもせめてもう少し、女のコとしての自覚は持つべきだと思う。それにしても、姉妹といっても性格は違うものだ。

本当にシンは子供なのだ。たしかに自分よりひとつ年下だけど、同じひとつ年下のレイと比べたら――いや、レイと比べるのは間違っているかもしれないが。

この数日、ルナマリアはひそかにアスランを追跡し、監視していた。まるでストーカーにでもなったような、かすかな興奮と罪の意識を感じる。だが、これも任務だ。艦長室に呼ばれ、この極秘任務の内容を告げられたときは、ただただ驚いた。アスランがひそかに監視されなければならない理由が、彼女には思い浮かばなかったからだ。
たしかに、彼に対して本気で腹を立てたことはある。ラクス・クラインとうっかり出くわしてしまったあの朝のことー思い出すと、いまだに腹が立つ。
あれはラクス本人にもむかついた。それまでルナマリアもアイドルとしてラクスが好きだったが、実際に会ってみたらがっかりだ。ヴィーノやヨウランたちは、最近のラクスがかわいくなったというが、以前の方がよかったと思う。

まさか中身があんな、アスランべったりのイヤミな女だったなんて、夢にも思わなかったのに。
ーだが、それはそれ。女の趣味が悪かろうと、プライベートをどう過ごしていようと、アスランは尊敬できる上官だ。少なくとも、これまでルナマリアはそう思ってきた。そんな彼がなぜいま艦を離れ、そして監視されなければならないのだろうか。ひょっとして一度軍を裏切った人間だから、いまだに疑われているのか......それとも、自分が知らない大人の事情で、艦長は同じ”フェイス”のアスランが邪魔だったりするのだろうか？
考えながら、またルナマリアの目は、動かないアスランの横顔をなぞっている。
なんで自分は、彼のことがこんなに気にするんだろう？伝説のエースだから？―そう、最初は純粋に興味を抱いただけだったと思う。噂のアスラン・ザラは、いったいどんな人なのだろう、と。でもそれだけの興味なら、婚約者との仲を見せつけられて、腹を立てることなんてないはすなのに。本来、自分に怒る権利なんてないのに。
違う。怒りというより、ショックだった。あのときルナマリアは、彼が偶像ではなく生身の人間だということをはじめて意識した。同時に彼があの女のものだと―自分の手が届かない存在だと思い知らされたのだ。
腹がきゅっと痛くなる。ルナマリアはあわてて頭を振った。その頬はかすかに紅い。
ーよけいなことを考えてる場合？これじゃ本当のストーカーじゃない。これは任務なんだから。忘れるな！

いきなりその女性をアスランが呼び止めたとき、ルナマリアは彼の意図をつい疑ってしまった。
―ナンパ！？アスラン・ザラが女の子をナンパするなんて！

タリアが質そうとすると、彼女はあわててかぶりを振る。
「ご指示どおりにいたします。すみませんでした！」
なにかを振り切るように敬礼すると、ルナマリアは艦長室を出て行った。タリアはかすかな懸念をおぼえながら、その後ろ姿を見送る。
もしかしたら、あの彼女にこの任務は荷が重すぎたかもしれない。レイがアスランの監視を進言し、その任務にはルナマリアが適当と述べたときは、タリアもたしかに同意した。こういうことには女の方が向いているものだ。また、レイの進言の裏に、タリアは当然ある人物の影を思い浮かべていた。

ルナマリアがレクルームへ入ってきたところだった。片腕を吊り、頭に包帯を巻いた、かなりひどい姿だ。つい、傷が残ったりしないのかな、とメイリンは心配になる。お姉ちゃんも、これでもいちおう女の子あし、キズモノになったりしたらかわいそうだ。
「大丈夫？」
彼女が訊くと、ルナマリアは不満げな顔になる。
「『大丈夫？』じゃないわよ、あんたはもう！ひとが被弾したっていうのに、見舞いにも来ないで―」
「え―、だって私、ずっと勤務時間だったんだもん」
「...も、いいわよ」
ルナマリアは最大級に不機嫌な顔になったあと、メイリンを無視するように、わざわざヴィーノにたずねる。
「それよりアスランは？どうしてるか知らない？」
「どうって？」
アスランの名前が出て、メイリンはあわてて口を挟む。ルナマリアは一瞬彼女を睨みつけたが、変に意地を張っている場合じゃないと思ったのか、驚きもあらわにつぶやく。

Chats with Spike.
Luna's birthday post. BIG POST and Luna talked to everybody in it. Highlights: checking in on Rey, chatting with Akane about arranged marriages, catching up with Anita, getting advice from Nokoru on how to deal with RinRin, love-love with Shinn and pancake attempts, chatting with Maladict, talking about vibrators with Chisame, squabbling with Rin, worrying about Kyon, describing Yumichika as "I'm with stupid," asks Brock if he's flirting with her, is pissed off by Hiruma, gets an I.O.U. anything you want from Athrun, and finds out that Bart put a bat-tracer on Rey.
Becomes a mean, shallow, Meer-hating fanon harpy in a high school AU for the weekend. Shows up in Lupin's post, calls him grody and explains to Kairi that Meer is trying to take over their favourite mall!
Posts about the hateful Luna x Rey-with-boobs picture that MIA must have given her! Demands gaybashing! Chats with various people. Throws tampons, chickens and a cat at Yzak, calls Sawyer a homeless dude, asks Milly if she has a dingie too, slaps Omi and wrestles with him in jello, mocks Fletcher, tells Cagalli that she peed on her island, calls Inui an otaku, tries to hire Harley to punch Meer for being a faggot, freezes Brock's balls, tells Rin that RIN is acting weird and then throws maxi pads at her, is moderately freaked out by Rey. Height: 164 cm
Weight: 46 kg
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Raspberry-Pink
Medical Info: Okay, so, Coordinator. Lunamaria is genetically modified to make her far more resistant to contagious diseases. She also learns more quickly and has faster reflexes than Naturals. She had some injuries in the war [leading to cute bandaged icons like this, hoho!] but is all healed up.
Physical Traits: Quite strong and physically fit. Nice hooters.
What's Okay To Mention Around Her: Nothing comes to mind. She would be very confused if somebody told her that she was a cartoon, but she'd just think it was another weirdness of camp.
Notes for the Psychics: Lunamaria has more to her than what comes across superficially. She thinks about serious things seriously, and she is rather wary of people in camp who seem "off" to her in some way. Her instincts turned out to be correct in the last war and she trusts them to a certain degree. So in her head, she might be thinking a lot about certain people that she never speaks to. As for the specifics, just ask me if you ever want to know and it's IC for your character to be able to read her mind.
Abilities: Beyond the faster reflexes, ability to jump super-high and such, Luna is trained as a pilot and also has some good combat training for hand-to-hand, knife fighting, etc. Her shooting skills are only average to mediocre - for a Coordinator who's also an elite pilot. She tends to throw herself into attacks without having a good battle plan, and relied on Rey for strategy.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Something like a shapeshift or bodyswap, let's talk first. I haven't ever done this with Luna in camp, besides one time that she purposely changed herself into a guy and was anime-Gojyo. As for other physical things, in general I am pretty flexible but I always appreciate a heads-up.
Fighting: I have a hard time figuring out how to fight with people who have magical abilities, so I generally keep my characters out of those types of battles. It's fine if we discuss it first, though. And silly fights are a GO, e.g. foam bat battoru. TO THE FOAMATORIUM!
Maim/Murder/Death: No. 8D
Cooking: Lunamaria is a terrible cook. This isn't canon, so if I'm ever shown to be wrong she'll magically learn how!
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Mm, Luna would be OK with hugs but she would be pretty surprised by it unless you are very good friends with her. If it was a hug from a guy, she would probably get the wrong idea. Kissing would definitely freak her out. |

Character: Lunamaria Hawke
Series: Gundam Seed Destiny
Canon: Lunamaria, Shinn and Rey are a trio of elite pilots who went to the ZAFT Academy together and now serve on the battleship Minerva. She tends to take a big-sister role with Shinn, but over the course of the show came to rely on him emotionally as well. As she gets closer to Shinn, tension between Luna and Rey increases. Lunamaria is smart, brassy and more emotionally mature than her counterparts, although her flirtatiousness and jealous tendencies can get her in trouble, too. She loves teasing her friends, but she's dependable in a crisis and can fight for herself. [Permission was granted by the other Seed players to mention them in this app]

Lunamaria Hawke, checking in, Ma'am! Permission to speak off the record? ... Well! I'm going to just assume that your utter and complete silence means "okay, Luna, please go ahead!"
My, oh my. I imagined that this camp was a handful, but I didn't expect to be up to my underskirt in the living dead. Can you even imagine the kind of trauma that Shinn might be having? Just when I thought we'd weaned him off the plush toys... and Rey! He's stuck here, too?! (Unless he actually doesn't want to leave, which is just weird enough to possibly be true. And come to think of it, those two did manage to get lost in an outlet mall on Aprilius 4 once, though they said they knew what they were doing.)
Ma'am, I've set up surveillance devices, but most of the conversation I've picked up is focused rather obsessively on brains. There were snatches here and there about spin-the-bottle too - ma'am, I know you're probably making that same face again, but we were in private quarters and off-duty at that time! - and something about a beauty contest. Oh, I know that's terribly degrading, but wouldn't it be fun to watch? It would be worth it just to see Shinn squirming! Ah... I bet if that Athrun Zala were here, he'd blush up a storm too. Permission to laugh at him if I see him here? Permission to hug Shinn? ...Ma'am? Permission to smack Rey?
You really aren't there, are you. Right. You're obviously busy, and I've got a campfire to set up and a tiny skirt to take off and wash. Poor little me! Whatever shall I do~?
